F12 Berlinetta Arrived In Australia Ferrari is one of the best in the business when it comes to producing cars that have a great engine and a superb design. The F12 Berlinetta is the latest Ferrari vehicle in the market of the upscale automotive industry. The all-new Ferrari F12 Berlinetta was recently released in Australia.

It has replaced the Ferrari 599 GTB Flagship vehicle. If you are planning to purchase this vehicle on your next Australian visit, you may want to check your bank account since it costs just under $700,000. Based on the last price of the 599GTB which is $677,000, the latest F12 Berlinetta costs significantly higher. This is despite having free servicing for the next 7 years.

Why The Price?

The F12 Berlinetta is not only the latest but also the most powerful vehicle to step out of the Ferrari factory in Maranello. With its V12 engine that can generate 545 KW and 690 Nm, the speed of the vehicle speaks for itself.

It runs from 0-100 kilometers per hour in just 3.1 seconds. Also, this car can outperform most Ferraris because it carries a top speed of 340 kilometers per hour. When the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta was tested in the Fiorano Test Track, it was 3.5 seconds faster than the 599GTB.

Three Generations Skipped

If you will look at car manufacturers from Mercedes to BMW to the Lamborghini, the cars that they produce follow a certain pattern. It doesn’t outrun the last model by a large margin. For the F12 Berlinetta to outrun the Ferrari 599GTB by 3.5 seconds on the test track, simply means that it has certainly skipped a few generations. More compact and lighter in every measure that you can think of, this car is advanced for its time. In fact, the downforce of the F12 Berlinetta is significantly higher than the 599GTB.

According to Ferrari, the downforce generated by the F12 Berlinetta can be 94% higher than its predecessor depending on the speed of the car on the freeway. Also, using a full aluminum body, the car is 70kg less than the 599GTB.

The F12 Berlinetta has been around for quite some time now. In fact, it has even been modified and turned into an abysmal vehicle named after Stallone. Fortunately, the one that came to Australia is the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta straight from Maranello. If you love cars, Ferrari is definitely the epitome of a perfect vehicle. In terms of design, it couldn’t get any better than this.

Having a 60:40 orientation in terms of weight displacement, the car is heavier on its back to maximize the traction. This will allow the driver to have firm control of the Berlinetta.

Spacious, lightweight, and definitely advanced for its time, these are some of the things that you can expect from the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta. So are you still wondering why it has an almost $700,000 tag price?
